At the end of 2022, I followed my heart & ended all collections that were not MS related. I focused on my MS designs, improved them, and upgraded the quality of products I offer. Going into 2023, all products have new, improved designs!

Design are created by Julie, designer & founder of Real Life Multiple Sclerosis. Your order is sent to a print partner where it will be made to order & shipped directly to you.
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product description. After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is usually within 3-10 business days unless otherwise noted on the product description. However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, for example October-December, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please also take into consideration bad weather, unforeseen natural disasters, or crisis situations that may affect your order after it has been shipped.
If there will be a significant delay, you will contact by way of email.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES
Any orders placed with a PO Box will be canceled and refunded minus a processing fee which is determined by the price of the order.

Due to all products being made to order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please see the refund policy for exceptions.
